anyone else thing that it would be a good addition to the details screen
to let us pick between translucent and opaque smoke?  opaque smoke would be
MUCH MUCH MUCH faster than the current smoke.   we could keep the effect,
as it's often helpful and always darn right entertaining, and not lose our
sense of reality do to warped time.  indycar has opaque smoke it works
really well.

i hate to have to turn smoke off just because if i spin i will hit 500%
occupancy while driving through it... of course if geoff would program
the fps algorithm correctly this wouldnt matter *snicker*
