Is it just me or is this a fantastic track?  The curbs, the hills, the off
camber corners, the crowds picknicking on the hillsides (you can almost
make out the DSS dish)...  And with n2 (P100 with reactor) I can reliably stay
on the track.  Seems like the car is less sledlike in N2.  I'm pleased.  Now
how about that road course in Kansas?

Yep Sears Point seams cooler and so does the Glen, but the Glen is
harder to drive and Sears Point is easier than Nascar1.

I agree, Sears Point is easier in N2 than N1. But I also must say that
Watkins Glen for me is much easier to drive.  In Nascar1 I was hard
pressed to to pull off even 115mph laps consisently. In Nascar2 I can
run 115's (so far) pretty consistently. Now that may be slow to some,
but it's relatively quicker than I was doing in N1.
Also, since the car just sticks so well I can run with the AI side by
side at Sears and the Glen. Pretty cool!!

Yes I have noticed that Sears Point is excellent.  I never raced the
track in Nascar 1, just practice and testing.  But with Nascar 2, I
have already raced there a few times, and over a modem with a friend.
I seem to be able to control my car a lot better, and slide it through
a few corners, without flying off the track.  I am still far off any
time which would be considered good. Driving it is fun, and I can see
where I will improve.

Has anyone been successful at getting an indycar around Sears Point?  I would appreciate any help/hints you guys are willing to offer.

Thanks,

Rick
