From my iTunes list:

Midweek Motorsport from Globecast Radio (2hr weekly show)

AP Auto Racing (fairly NASCAR-centric)

AutoWeek's podcast has the occasional session of bench racing

F1 Rejects

Indy Racing Weekly

Motor Mouths (Couple of writers from Daytona...so-so podcast)

V8 Insiders (Aussie V8's)

World Rally Championship

If you like bikes/motogp/sbk, rumblestrip radio is also good to listen to,
and has a good host.
