A classic catch22. Come home from the office. Girlfriend out doing some
girly thing (hmmm I hope that doesn't include a tryst with the
milkman...phew! we don't have a milkman). Fire up GPL. Suck. Ok just
need to practice...I (expletive deleted) hate Monaco...just need to
practice...I really (expletive deleted) hate Monaco...calm down just
remember you need to drive the entire track, think about the next
corner...I really, expletive NOT ***ing deleted HATE ***ing
Monaco...OK settle down dude, you need a drink...(a perhaps too large
scotch is poured and quickly consumed followed by another slightly
smaller "refresh")...OK, back to the track...oh dear, what those public
service announcements say about drinking and driving is starting to
make a heck of a lot of sense...hmmmmm...maybe just a bit of a
refill............................................WOOOHOOOO, I LOOOOVE
MONACO...SMASH...CRASH....SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECHHHH...BANG...YEEEEEEE
EEEEHAAAAAAAAA...NOW WE'RE TALKING............

sim lap times after a few (3 to 6) stiff drinks =o)

I have found that most sims I can play after a few drinks but not GPL.
Since I have been practicing for an on-line league my *** consumption
has dramatically dropped.  This is probarbly not a bad thing though!

I actually did quite a nice time at Zandvoort a long time ago with 2
beers in the body, but it generally indeed is a waste of time to go
for records after a sip of ***, in my experience.
We might even get the police to let you drive around Monza for a
couple of laps, and take the difference of your time with your PB, and
multiply that by constant C, and that will be your promillage. ;-)
