All too true. It still don't change the fact that the graphics SUCK.
Pixellated shadows? I won't even comment about the non-sensation of
speed.

It's a shame, too, the track maps look great- elevation, etc. The
perspective is much better, you actually feel like you're inside the
car.

A car that goes the same speed regardless of the speed-number on the
wheel.

I disagree. Driving fast laps on twisty circuits like Australia,
Monaco and Brazil really give me a sense of speed and makes me dizzy
:)
The feeling of speed is much better than in Viper for example.
But the feeling of speed in GPL is better, if you compare it to that.

You just won't answer my question, will you?
You refuse to compare framerate vs. cost.

Are you just a fanboy who hasn't the time to back up his claims?

Never mind. There will be no need to answer. I am bored
with trying to have a dialogue with you, so I am scraping
you and your silly posts from my screen forever.

buh-bye. (get used to it)

ooh, i'm really hurt.

Simple fact of life is, Proprietary 3D API's are history (thank god!), and
3Dfx lag behind Nvidia.

Micro Graphi

says...

How can 2 sims (Superbike 2000 and F12000) from the same company EA
sports be so completely different graphically (don't answer that it's
just a figure of speech .... different developers). Superbike 2000 is
superb graphically, looks like live TV coverage without any great
slowdown. F12000 absolutely crawls in race mode. Also I don't know what
it is but the cars seem to be out of proportion. They seem to have a very
wide track and not much height. Plus they don't look as if they roll
along the track they seem to just slide along the road without any gap
between the road and the car. Hard to explain this but it just doesn't
look right.

Superbike 2000 stays on the Hard drive. F12000 has got to go.

Sounds interesting. Does Superbike 2000 have multiplayer internet
support ?

Context would tell me it's a spelling error.  Nice tool, context.
