Before you buy.

Well, I just made my first lap at the ring 9.27, so i still have to catch
you

Ha Ha. Well done. My PB is 9:26 down from 10:30 on thursday. My goal
this week is to get a sub 9:00 lap at the ring. I think I can do it if
I can stay on the track :-). My problem areas are the landing after
the jump on the flugplatz. I made the jump and the next easy left
(only) once (at speed anyway) so I know it can be done. Probably take
another 50 laps. That's only a solid day of driving. Other problem
areas are  making sure I hit the brake points and staying in control.
I also sometimes wipe out on the karousell. Actually I could write a
book about my problem areas. Oh well.

The Karrusell is a *** to get right - often if I feel it is aq
good lap I intentially do not attempt to do the Karrusel fast.

I have found that the secret to the Flugplatz jump is to let off
the gas on the way up the hill - then ? a milisecond before
taking off get back on to the gas - that way you land on all
four wheels at the same time. And you have to be on the black
driving line.
