   Just picked up the premiere issue of "Richard Petty's Stock Car
Magazine", and there are two articles in there of particular interest.
One is dealing with the hobbies of various WC stars.... the following
quote is from Jeff Gordon.... "The games are all about reflexes.  I even
heard something about Jacques Villeneuve in Formula One, where he learned
a track that they race over there by playing a computer CD-ROM game that
had that particular track on it.  The new Papyrus game, I've played it
enough to know that the tracks on the games are very similar to the real
thing.  It's just incredible."  Unfortunately, there's a picture of Gordon
playing that "other" companies Daytona USA game.
   The second article is a column in the magazine entitled "Electronic
Speedway".  This particular column is all about the NASCAR2 simulation and
the online league.... and, RAS even got mentioned in the article.  If
there was ever any doubt that it's a big deal.... it's gone now.  <g>

You can also check-out the "Hard Drive" article in the current
issue of WIRED magazine...They got to talking with Rhawn Black
and Greg Hans about the Hawaii multiplayer service...
