Daytona track. However, it is a one time license to include the track in a
demo that comes with the official Daytona 500 program ($60 while supplies
last).
Everyone is on Papy because they feel like they are being screwed. Well, I
don't think it is Papy that is screwing us. They where lucky enough to
secure this hard to come by license for Daytona (providing they include it
only in the demo for the official program.)
Why is this not screwing their loyal fans....because, they have done their
job and created the track and distributed it legally the best they could. I
believe they did this full well knowing that it will make its rounds on the
net, and I do not believe they will have a problem with this.
Sure, the panty wipes running most of the NASCAR sites will write to Papy
and ask to post the track...then, based on the legal response Papy must make
they will run and hide with their tail tucked between their legs stroking
their lone copy of Daytona.
However, I believe Papy will look the other way on sites posting this track.
Please, Piracy advocates - a demo is a demo. NOBODY paid for it - they paid
for a DAYTONA RACE PROGRAM and got the game demo for free.
Anyway, this is what I believe Papy's plan is - even if they cannot public
distribute or sell this track - they want their fans to have it.
SO - I propose this. Respond to this post if you have this track and are
willing to donate it for the good of all the NASCAR3 fans wanting a full
season. Let me know your email address, I will get in touch with you and
post the track on my website. I will not disclose your identity (keep that
to yourself if you don't trust me).
So, the real ones doing the screwing are the DIS and the nerds that won't
share. Come on, Im sure there will be several of these CDs not being put to
use by the owners of official programs - lets find them.
I would post my email but I know how the Piracy freaks like to flame - :0
