Don't count on it.  I have been trying to get a spring for my T2 for two weeks.
Finally got a User login at their Support page at their Web Site, but it will
not let me register a product.  Can not order parts until you register a
product.  Catch 22.  I have received a couple autoresponder e-mails from them
but, no e-mail from a real person oranything that would make me  think that
they read any of the many messages that I sent.  I gave up on their phone line
after a couple of twenty minute sessions on hold.  Other post rave about their
support so maybe the changes in their Web Page have just recently screwed it
up.  Will post when I get a new spring.

Hmmm, sorry you haven't had a good response from Thrustmaster Don, I wrote
them a rather kindly worded email this fall, and within 3 weeks had new
springs, pot. and they even threw in a new suction cup!

All for FREE!

Their over-the-phone support is for $hit, but their response to my email was
pleasantly suprising!

Don, it must be the webpage changes that are messing you up.  I had my
T2 for a couple of years when a spring gave out.  I emailed tech
support with my correct address and whatnot and explained that I knew
it was no longer under warranty, but I was willing to pay for any
replacement parts.  I received an automated email reply in 2 days and
two springs in a little over a week, no charge.  What a bargain.  I
will say that I'll be buying a new Thrustmaster wheel soon so I can
play some network racing games.

You wouldn't happen to work for the competition would you?  I've
noticed lately that one of the overpriced wheels (TSW) on the market
has found it neccessary to bash the competition on another thread.
What a poor practice on their part.  I've worked in sales all my life
and have always been taught to  never badmouth the competition 'cause
it'll always come back to bite ya.  Thrustmaster wheels are reasonably
priced and if something were to go wrong they will fix it.  What a
bargain.

I believe you can get replacement springs for free from Thrustmaster.  Try
the Support area of their web site.

No Scott I do not work for the competition.  TSW wheels are high priced.
No spring  yet.

Don, I am pretty sure I have gotten you squared away, it I haven't, email me
directly. Yes we recently put up a new system by which you should be able to order
parts via a web driven order form. No more emailing us, we enter it into our
database, then we ship it to you. It goes straight from you to our fulfillment
guys. This will ultimately equate to faster service for our customers. Specifically
to you. We are aware of the AOL problem. We have fixed this problem.. HTML is
great, it is supposed to be universal and it is as big of a lie as plug and play.
You can now register your products and order parts. I apologize for the
inconvenience, we remedied the situation as soon as we were able to.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me directly.
