I have a Pent 300 with ATI rage 3d card. My question is :

When I am running Cart Racing by Sierra in direct draw I am getting frame
rates up to 50 to 60 fps. When it hits near 60, the frames jump.
Is there  a way that I can slow it down still using direct draw. If I take
it out in the advanced settings, then I get 22 to 27 fps .

Any help would be appreciated.
