I have a question for you. It's just hit the cheapie bin here in the
US, but I remember reading that it didn't support split axis pedals.
Is that true?

Mine does.  I just got it from the cheapie bin a month or so ago and the
version on the disk had the latest patch installed so maybe that was why.

I had a blast with it, now I'm hooked on N4.

I bought the European version about this time last year and it supported
split axis straight out of the box, much less with patch(s) applied...

Albeit, the interface for configuring your controller is very cumbersome
with lots of vague / undocumented options, but to answer your question...

What is the latest version for the US edition?  And where is the patch if
the CD version is older?
