You have to buy the Indianapolis track. That package also includes
the paintkit. In addition to that, the last page of the manual that comes
with the Indy Expansion kit lists the phone number of the Papyrus BBS.
Sorry, don't have it with me now. :(

Papyrus has repeatedly stated that Sega has exclusive rights to Daytona
so that they won't be offering that track. They also said that they
would not include Indianapolis. Probably don't want another round of
"negotiations" with Mr. George.....

What was bad about the negotiations for the ICR expansion?  I'm fairly
new to ICR, so I didn't hear anything.

No. I don't think Papyrus is working on the Daytona track right now. I
think they're working on others. Why not Daytona 500?  I guess it's all
the copyrights bullshit.
Hey, but I could be wrong.

Sega has exclusive rights to Daytona so it is unlikely that Papyrus will ever
be able to make a Daytona track.

That is incorrect...NASCAR INC. has the rights to Daytona...so Papyrus
will have to pay NASCAR and SEGA if they wanna use the name...so there is
a little higher possibility that they might come up with it. :)
