Anyone got any tips for getting a good start in GP500 ?

It seems to me that:

a) the rest of the field anticipates the lights

b) I then get ridiculous amounts of wheelspin

Help ! (Being in last place by the 1st turn makes for exciting racing - but
just for once I'd like to win !)

the ai is indeed anticipating the start ... the rule says something along
the lines of "the rear wheel must be behind the line as light turns green"
or some part of the bike must be behind ... anyway count to 4 1/2 and then
go ... there is 5 secs ish from last red light to green .... the wheel spin
is just a matter of easing up on the throttle a little

hope this helps

Thanks Shane

Do you set the revs and kick it into gear (like a GPL start), or sit with it
in gear and move away from zero revs ? If you set the revs - what sort of
level ?
