Track converters - where are they?

Would some kind soul let me know where the NASCAR to IndyCar (and
vice-versa) track converters are located? I downloaded one about 7 or 8
months ago, and it didn't work. I'd love to race an Indy car around
Bristol, and of course a NASCAR car around Indianapolis.
