As for Pocono, you should not drop below 128mph around turn 1, 138mph
should be the low point around turn 2 (the easiest), and turn 3 should
be handled at 134mph or greater. Assuming you brake where you have to
(and my site will give you this info), you will get lap speeds of
162mph.
Can't recall offhand about tire wear, but tighten up your car and
soften the front shocks to reduce eratic weaving whenever you brake.
Also, don't lean on your brakes continuously, but tap and release a
few times as you approach each corner. This reduces significantly the
amount of fishtailing you get.
