"DEPARTMENT MORAL: VERY LOW"
That is stated for all my departments ( except my Commercial
Department ) including the drivers.
How is this possible when:
- My drivers obtain the 1st and 7th place in the Drivers Championship.
- My team is 2nd in the Constructors Chapionship

Why are they not happy with the results?
I am!

Another problem:
I want to fire my Chief Designer inthe middle of the season. How can I
do this?

Hope you have some experience....

Do you have them in long contracts, which mean they are being paid
less than their competitors, but are unable to move?

So would I be!

I don't think you can do this unfortunately.
