Thrustmapper problems

by RJS » Sat, 26 Apr 2003 00:03:34

Hello
Just got a TM Nascar Pro Force Feedback2 wheel.
The wheel works, the force feedback is great, but the button mapping in
Thrustmapper doesn't seem to work.
Of course TM's website is worse than worthless and absolutely no help.  I
thought maybe someone here could help.  So here goes...

Started the program, selected the exe, changed button 3 to <F1>, saved,
closed, manually selected the profile, started N3, started a race, pressed
button 3...nothing.

Please Help...did I forget something?  did I do something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks

I couldn't get Thrustmapper to even recognize my wheel. I'm using
RBJoy instead and it works fine - although it's probably not as user
friendly as Thrustmapper.
I don't have a link handy, but you'll find it easy enough thru a
search.
There might be a link to it at www.slottweak.com.

I guess we're gonna need a lot more info.  I used the same wheel for two
years and never had a problem with the thrustmapper software.  Worked fine
for me all the way around.

what OS?  What drivers?  What game?  etc...
