Probably easier to say where in the world you are and see if someone
living nearby can write a CD for you.

I emailed you a FAQ that is found at:

The FAQ ia titled: "Accessing The Internet By E-Mail FAQ"
and it explains an old but still useful method of net access
using only an email account.
There are some in fact that prefer to do certain tasks using this
method. e.g. searching the net for an obsure file and having the
search results emailed to you can be much more efficient than clicking
on every available search engine one after the other.
Anyway, it is an interesting read.
