=this "burst mode" might be the only way most of us can do it.   We
would have to plan to all be there at the same time - to make it
worthwhile.
Otherwise, we may find 6 races trying to start, each with 3-4 cars in
them...like I did last night.  That's not much different than modem to
modem with a single human and 3-5 computer cars.

If we could get 20-30 cars on a small track, It would be quite the
experience.
-(maybe even worth the trouble I'll get into with the LD charges.)
Mike

Oh yeah, if ANYONE has a way to get this technology onto the internet,
we would be grateful - and sleepless!

Is that what they're going to do, or is it a guess?
I can't imagine them setting up local numbers - it seems more likely
that they will use an existing connection method.

But then, just my opinion?

We had 6 IGN guys on Martinsville last night and it was GREAT!  3 wide in
turns 3/4 and nobody was swapping paint.  It's a blast when everybody on the
track is there to race.
