Well that just flat sucks. One of the last Gentleman F1 Team Onwers is now
gone.

Thanks for letting us know.

I remember looking forward to his race reports in Road & Track every month.
Great stuff, insider view point, knew all the drivers/owners/crews. He will be
missed.

I just heard the news that two-time Sebring winner, Bob Akin, passed away
today from injuries recieved in a testing accident last Friday.

Truely, a sad day in motorsports.

How sad, I've always had a 'good eye' towards Walker Racing. Their cars
always lloked great andf how could forget moments like Moss at Monaco or
'Seffi at Brands with the '49B....

A Gentleman is lost, I hope someone pay him a tribute...
