I don't really think you can call it great customer service considering the
amount of time and stress you had to invest to get this result. If you
would count the hours you had to put into this whole thing and multiply
them by a decent hourly wage, the worth would probably much more then just
a single wheel...
Though I really have no experience with the TSW corporation and so I really
can't judge their customer service in general (and I won't), I don't think
their customer service was that great in your case... Customer service
isn't great when you have to ask for it a thousand times. Just my opinion.
Nevertheless, judging from the messages in this group TSW has tried to
solve things, and that should be encouraged of course.
