I once saw some guy?'s hp, where he stated that he was working on a
proggie that would enable you to use whatever combos of race length
and difficulty you wanted. Is something like this out?

if you are refering to a tool called GPaL by Jack Rumbo: no it isn't out
yet. he seems very busy with his new job as posted before in this ng and
hasn't announced anything about the status of his project for the last 6
weeks.
