You didn't mention what the opponent speed setting is,  If it's less than
100%, you'll definitely be braking
alot earlier than them.

I wonder that the AI opponents brake so much earlier than me, always
cause me crash into the others before corners. I need to reduce the wing
angle to force myself brake early. Anyone encounter the same?

>   You mean set the opponent less than 100% and they brake later???

I am currently using the CART96 carset and opponents at 105%, but the
opponents still brake earlier than me.
  And I always set the wings lower than the ACE setup.

yep,
I encountered the same problems too. I guess Papyrus did this so
that the AI cars would have enough braking power to not run into
your rear-end! I think on road circuits, you should be able to
compensate this simply by braking early. Taking it out from your
wings can actually increase you braking distance. It will be
espeecially bad on superspeedways. Worst case scenario is when a
yellow flag appears while you're trying to get some draft from
someone at 240mph! I almost always nail those AI cars in the ***
when that happens.
