Download the latest Voodoo2 drivers.

Please help me. I have GPL and can admire the box and watch the video.
But if I turn the textures for the track and the grass on in the game I
get a flashing black and white checkered pattern. When I turn them off I
get a playable game but I obviously missing all these fantastic graphics
and the look resembles games from 1990. It doesn't matter whether I run
in 512xwhatever or 1024x768 I still get the problem. I am using a
Creative PCI Blaster Voodoo2 with 12Mb RAM, PII 400MHz Intel, 128 Mb
RAM, DirectX 6, 32x CD-ROM.....I also have a texture problem with the
track in MGPRS2 - it comes out light blue and the trees are funny - but
CMR, Nascar2, TOCA, NFS3, F1FS, IRC, among others, all work fine and use
my Voodoo2 card fine. I thought I might have a faulty copy of DirectX 6.
With the possible exception of CMR these are the only games I have that
need DX6. How can I re-install it. Someone suggested that it may be my
Creative Voodoo2 drivers, but I can't find any Windows 98 ones on the
Creative site.
GPL seems a real treat. I doesn't seem quite as hard as everyone is
making out - maybe I am missing something. It drives like a real car
(minus the g-forces). Are there any car setups posted anywhere yet? I
find the setups tedious. This is obviously a very rich game with a lot
of life in it. Shame really - yet another fantastic sim and I've yet to
fully explore some of the others. Look, can anyone give me a cool
million so that I can give up my job and concentrate on them. :-)
But my friend says I'm driving GPL all wrong - the only way to go round
these circuits is with your tail on fire - I'm wondering would that give
you any additional rocket effect :-)

I have the same board and am using the Reference drivers with no big
problem (every once and a while it like to put "white tread" on the
tires as they change speed -- but I just turn off tire textures for a
few seconds and turn it back on and everything seems to work fine).
Here is the URL for the reference drivers I am using:
http://www.3dfx.com/docs/v2_ref_drivers95/v2_ref_drivers95.html

While the above may say "95", the screen before it
<http://www.3dfx.com/docs/v2_drivers_oem/v2_drivers_oem.html> says
Win95/98.
