I was gonna say, if you're only doing 102 laps at Talladega, you need to
try strategy games.  

To add to what Lance said... Shift your own gears if you are getting
jumped at the start.  You can stretch the Rs a bit, get more pickup
without having to gear above 3.50 in fourth for low end
