Hmmm.. we just released a 166Mb Live for Speed video, maybe someone on a
fast connection could download it, and upload that to the group in tiny
bits. It's actually a pretty damned good video, or so I'm told.... IDSN for
me so I'm now neither down- nor uploading anything that big ;)

anybody still have the original (oldest) GPL AVI movie from pre-alpha
times, in which Dave K. shows a very early copy of the sim?
I'd like to see it, but couldn't find it online (understandably). Just
curious... Might even have some historical significance ;)

Who knows, but at least they have to look a little closer now before
DL'ing stuff, I don't mind setting up my other computer at the shop to
post a couple of hundred MB of appropriately named files a couple of
times a day if it makes it just a little more annoying for them
