exciting every week. Unfortunately, the CUP division is about 5 drivers
smaller than we'd like, and that's a testament to the leagues understanding
of keeping the CUP series ...the BEST of the BEST! We don't throw newcomers
into the heat, until we're sure their not going to negatively impact the
races outcome. We also realize that the season is half over, and many
people are not "getting" from their current league what was promised. If
your hesitant to make a league change mid-season, SRO can make that
transition seamless and you'd spend a long time looking for a better group
of guys to race with. If your serious about this game, and serious as to how
you approach it, you'll fit in perfectly at SRO. We don't tolerate flaming,
wreckers, repeat offenders, or politics. We're all here to race in a clean,
competitive, friendly, environment and winning is secondary to having fun.
Many leagues make pie in the sky claims, but we constantly strive to do what
we say we will because unhappy members are like cancer. If you would like
to join SRO'S cup division, go to our website and see if the leagues rules
and guidelines are something your looking for. We require you drive in our
cts and bgn divisions before moving you up to cup, but if you're an
experienced league racer, we may move you right in if you can provide a
league referral. We also run events on the "off" weekends like July 17th &
18th. These are a great place to show your skills and get a CUP invite
sooner than later. With the season half over, we understand the need to be
able to climb up the points ladder, rather than languishing at the bottom.
I could have listed some of the league info here, but we feel that "serious"
means doing a tiny bit of legwork, so head over to sroleague.com.
