VROC - always forgets my particulars - Anybody can help???

Hi all,

VROC very often forgets my particulars, so I have to type in again and
again. It also happens when changing the room.
Yes - I have "cookies enabled"
I guess I followed the instructions quite exactely.

Has anybody an idea, what's going on?

I've only evre had this happen to me once - I wounder if there's a certain
sequence of events that causes it?
