SCGT and Geforce MX 400 problem

I get a blue flash every now and again that I never got with my old
Voodoo 2.  A blue bar filling maybe 25% of the screen that flashes on
only for an instant, but with some frequency.  Different resolutions
make no difference.  I am using the 650 reference drivers and a P3 550
w/128 meg.  Any ideas?  Again there was no problem under Voodoo.
