stuff isn't that big, just small things I'd like to see.
1. At the end of the race, the end screens that pop up, if you didn't
win the race I'd like to see the normal end screen plus.. the winner
of the race in the winners circle. I know a lot of people spend lots
of time with the paintkit and I think it would be neat to see say,
Mark Martin's car sitting in the winners circle if he won the race,
besides it would give some use for painting all the opposing team's
suits.
2. Of course it would be better if you could actually drive into the
winners circle yourself, then have it cut to the end scenes, but I
digress...
3. In the car viewer in the programs main menu, it would be nice in
my opinion to be able to "scroll " the cars around. Instead of them
just spinning, ya know be able turn the car left or right or look at
it from a top view. Sometimes I've just gotten done painting a car
and would want to look at it from a certain side, and have to sit
there waiting for the car to spin around again.. and again... and
again...
4. The wrecker idea somebody posted earlier in another thread, about
having your car towed to the pits if you've lost a tire or two was an
excellent idea. I mean even if you can't put in an actual wrecker,
maybe let the car, oh I hate to say it, teleport to the pits... with
an appreciable loss in laps. That way you'd be able to possibly
repair some of the damage to gain those precious points.
5. I don't know how much of a performance hit this would be but how
about being able to paint the helmets of the drivers. Would that be to
much of a hit to the processor?
Well anyway, those were some of the things I was thinking about, sorry
this is so long, I've been crashing at Bristol all day and I had a lot
of energy built up. I know there are a lot of things people want to
see added to this sim. I figured these were things that maybe would
not be to hard to put in... of course I'm no programmer so what do I
know.
