Painting cars in NR99

I tried painting a truck in NR99 in PSP 5 today after exporting it and
converting the colors and using the pallets from N2 [doing it just like I do
for my N2 cars], and I get that infernal corrupted pallet message.

Does somebody know where I can get the two .pal files I need to correct this
for NR99 without packing and unpacking files? In other words, can somebody send
them to me, or tell me where I can get them?

The palette is the same one used in N2. I have a copy of it on my page...
