Does Gran Turismo come in PC-format, in any version.

Nope - although I think Bleem will run GT (perhaps 2 aswell) on a PC - I
bought a PS1 for 10 recently if your dying to play GT :)

All the best,

Give Live For Speed a try...

Similar premise with fictional cars and better physics.

Wow!
Given its amazing configurability, seems unbelievable that steering
null-zone and st.linearity can't be adjusted (unless I missed something).
Physics model is interesting - acceleration seems VERY limited for race
machines and it's impossible to induce any kind of power slide.
It's the opposite of CMR3, in which cars pivot in the middle - giving the
experience of what it must be like to ride a 300BHP unicycle/jet-powered
iceberg.
So, LFS gives credible but excessively limited handling - while CMR3 gives
irritatingly uncredible handling that's way out there.
Of course, CMR3 graphics are incomparable, but LFS isn't too bad - given the
probable difference in production budgets.

The Caterham-clone cars will make you eat those words...  :-)

Sounds like you've just tried the Front wheel drive GTi type cars?  I
find even the "entry level" rear wheel drive machines quite tail
happy.
