I've decided to hold off and contact Klipsch myself as well.
From what I'm reading on their Forum at their site, we are NOT the only
one's by a long shot, and it looks like Klipsh has overall been doing the
right thing.
I have emailed their support and supplied the serial number and PDF's of the
original purchase receipt and the replacement receipt from when they
replaced them the first time.
They do have a chance to retain me as a customer. Like I said, I REALLY
like the speakers but the problems with the original ProMedia 5.1 Amps have
been numerous for a lot of folks.
