It is the multiplayer prototype for NASCAR Racing by Papyrus, you can dial into the
server in Boston and race all the tracks with up to 31 other real drivers.

a state located west of California---sorry couldn't resist.

It's the best thing I've ever seen on a computer

multiracing up to 36 people at the same time.

go to www.sierra.com and find Papyrus in there somewhere for more
info and the files you need to download to join.
