I-70 speedway for NR2002?

Anyone seen where to download this track?
I saw it online this evening and watch alot of USAR/Hooters racing on SPEED
and it looks like a great little track....any help appreciated TIA!

I-70 was a track found in Nascar Racing : 1999 Edition, which can be
converted by the help of David Noonan's converter to Nascar Racing : 2002

I-70 speedway for NR2002?

It is a great little track.  I live about 5 miles from it.  Cheap to enter,
cheap to eat, cheap to drink.  A hell of a lot of fun.  It is really very
fast for it's size due to the high banking.  Very exciting.  The track in
NASCAR 1999 is accurate to my eyes.
