Speech to text in N4?

Hi all,
    I have always wondered how guys could chat detailed messages during the
online races I was in and recently heard about voice to text software, such
as Game Commander, Team Sound, Firetalk, etc.  Could someone please explain
these work and which would you reccomend for N4.  I just want to tell the
guys I wreck by accident that I'm very sorry and still learning N4!!!   Many

Gamecommander is excellent. You speak a command and it will execute your
desired keystroke(s) in the game. I'm sure you'd be able to set up any
number of chat msgs with it. For example, your voice command could be "sorry
about that" and have the game execute the chat command with the text "I'm
really sorry, I'm still learning N4".  In other words, if you can do it with
a keyboard in the game, you can do it with your voice using GC.
