my buddy needs a series to race in

do any of u know a good series for my buddy to get into. he is currently a
skill level 4. He needs to race on sunday or sunday nights. That is the only
night he can race. I am referring to hawaii..Nascar racing. He is up and
coming and needs a good series to join. He is using my equipment right now
cause he is fixing to buy a PC soon. Thanks.
