GP500 Server settings??!?! HELP!!!!

I have just started running some GP500 (mainly because I now have cable  :-)

I have had a lot of problems hosting.  A friend of mine has had some success
hosting by turning down some of the settings..

But we NEED to know exactly what works for SURE!!

We all have to patch, and we need to know if there are any settings that
work with the new patch to make online racing better????
