I just got an Xtasy Geforce3 Ti200 for 135.00 delivered with 30.00 mail in rebate from Ubid.com. I've had good luck with the site. And thanks to the RAS'ers help the card now works great :)
I second the newegg.com, I have bought MB, memory, cases, and Vid cards from this company and not one problem. Processing and shipping, very quick too, order on Monday nite and stuff is here by Thurs. or Friday at the latest. California to Michigan.
