The WCPCHOF is published every two weeks on the WWW, and can also be
retrieved using a mail server. The former is preferred; use the URL

Do NOT put the text in quotes in the body of the mail message; it MUST go in
the Subject line.
IMPORTANT!!!
Registration for the HOF was closed on 25 September 1995. Please do
not apply to join the HOF; you will be turned away. Details of why I
have had to do this are on the web pages.
Lap time submission will end on 24 October 1995. Laptimes sent after
this date will be discarded. Again, read the web pages for details.
