MicroProse F1GP/World Circuit PC Hall Of Fame (WCPCHOF)

NOTE TO CURRENT DRIVERS: This posting marks the end of the current HOF, and
the beginning of a new one. The old times have been transferred across, but
this is otherwise a whole new HOF, with changed rules, and a new method of
getting it. I will no longer mail it out regularly; if you want to get
updated copies, you will have to use the mail server to do so. I will
continue to mail out important notices, such as rule changes, to those who
are on my mailing list. There will no doubt be some complications because of
the transition; please bear with me while I get settled into the new system.
Also, please use the mail server as described below to get a copy of the new
rules and the notes. Thanks.

[This notice is posted fortnightly to rec.autos.simulators, along with the
top 10 lap records at each track.]

The WCPCHOF is published every two weeks on the WWW, and can also be
retrieved using a mail server. The former is preferred; use the URL
http://www.racesimcentral.net/~dgymer/wcpchof/ to access it. To use the mail server,

following:

"send hof rules"
  WCPCHOF rules & regulations.
"send hof notes"
  Miscellaneous notes you should read.
"send hof standings"
  Current competition standings.
"send hof drivers"
  List of drivers.
"send hof records"
Current records. These are more detailed than the top10s posted on the
newsgroup. This item is very large, upwards of 60k
"send hof hosting"
  Information on hosting non-Internet players.

Do NOT put the text in quotes in the body of the mail message; it MUST go in
the Subject line.
