I know absolutely nothing about any of this GP2 track maker stuff.  But
I was wondering if it would be possible to make the Daytona
International Speedway road course?  Is anyone working on this?  If so,
let me know please!

Your going to run into the the same problem THE PITS ran into. Daytona
themselves might just have something to say about it.

I am not talking about an EXACT replica with DAYTONA printed all over
the walls or anything, not like what everybody wants for NASCAR2.  Just
a simple track that is the same shape, banking and all.  Is that
illegal?

Most likely yes, since it is indeed a copy of the track, if not
explicitly labeled as such.  Your biggest problem is that the GP2
track editor doesn't do banking (or so I understand), which would make
Daytona kind of pointless (perfect for Sebring, though :).  The oval
track that was done is flat (and clockwise?), but has grip altered to
simulate banking.

Of course, everything I know I learned on R.A.S., YMMV.  :)

Before you send me UCE, I know what you're thinking...  Did he complain
to five or six postmasters last month?  Now, you must ask yourself one
question: "Do I feel lucky?"  Well, do you, punk?

It will never be perfect, as GP2 dpesn't support banking. DOn't hold your
breath...
