N2 AI qual speeds

Hello,
I have a question for someone who knows all the lines in the track txt
files. I'm trying to even out the AI qual speeds. At dega I've kicked
the rels up to 112 and it seems "close", but now the majority of the
field quals in the high 195s and low 196s. I can qual around 195.3xx and
this puts me in about 25-30. I was wondering if there is away to affect
qual speeds without affecting racing speeds? I would like to see the
pole around 195.8xx(so I'd still have some work to get it but could
atleast stay near the top ten)  Anyone have any idea how to do this?

The line you are looking for is BLAP, which has the Best Lap in seconds
(withouth the decimal).  In theory, the BLAP number is multiplied by the
RELS number in % (RELS = 112 then BLAP * 1.12%).  This number should be
the "mean" qualifying time.  Then this number is used to calculate the
fastest time (+ 1.12%) and the slowest time (- 1.12%)

Go to the tracks in nascar2 directory and go to dega then open the
dega.txt and go to the line that says Blaps or something like that and
it is in seconds something around 47000
