Im about a month away from ordering a TSW but I have some questions.
How much does the low end wheel weigh and how much force does it take to turn?
I have mounted my T2 on a kinda flimsy pullout keyboard board and like the
setup but will it take the force of a TSW.
How exactly does a TSW mount?
How does the software install?
Thanks,
Scott

The TSW is pretty heavy compared to other wheels, and has a very simple
mounting mechanism - it just uses an L-shaped bracket to***onto the
desk.

Ideally you need to be able to get the clamp about 3 inches under the
desk, but I've found that the clamp is so strong that you can even get
away with having the wheel protruding over the edge of the table.

There is no software to install with the wheel, as it's a standard
analogue gameport device - the required software is already present in
Windows.

I'd recommend the PDPI digital gameport card, as it gives a much
smoother reading and uses much less CPU power to read the wheel

The force is fairly light, and very smooth...
(you will like it)

It will work fine. I have a similar arrangement with myTSW.

One L-shaped bracket with a thumbscrew. There are pictures of
it on the TSW site. Very easy to install/remove and very strong.

There is no software. It uses standard Win98 drivers.

The pedals are real heavy--mine do not move around. I velcroed mine to a small
desk top.Works fine.

You will not be jerking and yanking the whl around.

I have the 99th one made. Made of steel.
It fell off my pickup and still works fine.
My nieces have not been able to wreck it in five years.

The TSW will be there when you checkout!!
