TSW Public notice

Dear ras-reading sim fans,

This is not normally the sort of issue I would discuss in public, but
there has been so much talk about the problems Sean experienced while
ordering a TSW that I feel I owe everyone here an explanation and
apology. The TSW is "my baby" and I hate to see a customer unhappy -
the issue with Sean caused me a lot of concern. Simply put I have
contacted Sean and resolved any and all issues we had, Sean will soon be
another happy owner of a TSW :).

The Thomas Super Wheel my brother Dave an I designed and developed by
ourselves and for that
reason I am perhaps somewhat sensitive to what is said about it - my
apologies to everyone for any trouble or annoyance this exuberance may
have caused (I'm trying to control my enthusiasm now!). The last
couple of weeks have been an education for me, and the TSW Co. has
learned a lot, with much improved systems and customer feedback to
prevent anything like this in future. I really should thank you guys
for your feedback, however unorthodox it may have been - so I will,
Thanks!

If anyone else has any issues with the TSW they own, have ordered or
are thinking of ordering, please contact me by e-mail and I will do
everything I can to help.

Thanks again, and sorry for this commercial discussion on r.a.s. - I
just felt you deserved this update and apology.

Welcome to the Thomas Enterprises Homepage for the TSW, the highest quality super-precision steering wheel and pedal controller for the PC. We at Thomas Enterprises are all dedicated sim racers, in fact thats the first question on our employment application and an absolute requirement for a job at TE ;-)!

Be sure to check our TSW NEWS PAGE for the latest on new features of the TSW, check back often because this is where you'll find out whats new with the TSW. Since we're constantly updating and adding new features, you will want to keep an eye on this page.

This month there are drawings of the new F1 wheels!

If you enjoy driving sims like Papyrus' Nascar1 & 2 , Indycar Racing 1 & 2, Spectrum Holobyte/Microprose Grand Prix2 or games such as The Need for Speed, and you don't own a TSW, then you've only been playing games. Take the ultimate step in driving simulation, buy a TSW and bring a whole new dimension to your virtual racing experience!

Since the TSW calibrates as a single Joystick, there is never a problem using it with any sim, first time everytime. This is one of the many things which ensure that the TSW is the best value for the money spent.

Thomas Enterprises makes the best Wheel/Pedal combo on the market, the TSW's rugged steel construction, simple yet ingenious design allows the owner to make modifications should you so desire, no complicated mechanism or other uneeded sources of problems and the precision feel of really driving the race car give it the edge over all the competition. And so sure are we that it will never break or wear out, that we offer a lifetime warranty on all the mechanical parts, this is something that no other sim controller manufacturer has the confidence to offer.

The Thomas Enterprises TSW is also the only steering unit made which can be customized by the buyer to his personal tastes, we have a basic unit for those who want just a simple controller. For those who desire, we have a series of options which can be added. These options will soon be followed by a larger selection, this includes the ability to select single or dual joystick operation, multiple programmable buttons, a pit road speed limiter, a choice of several different wheel styles and other options that will be released in the future. All this adds up to the very best controller on the market, backed by the only 100% lifetime warranty in the business!

Argh... Please, for the sake of those of us with a modem connection,
just type the URL instead of attaching the whole web page. Just be sure
to include http:// so that web browsers such as Netscape will recognize
the text as a link (no spaces either). As an example, here is the URL
for TSW:
