Just installed a 3d card ( Velocity 4400) and when i try to run Nascar2
Tells me Fatal Error UNABLE TO LOAD .DLL

Sounds to me like you are trying to run the 3Dfx version. That will
not work on an STB velocity 128. It will only work with 3Dfx cards.
