Andre / Cool names we have eh :)

thanks to Andre Schmidt and Any Wilke, we now feature handicaps
at N2002Rank. These to folks drove all day and night in order
to set a decent standard that everybody can compare their
performance to (and some of you may know that Andy Wilke is no
slowcoach when it comes to driving hotlaps ;-)
