I've had good experiences ordering games from InteractCD
(http://www.interactcd.com/). No hassles shipping to me in Canada; I can't
speak for locations outside of North America. I've also ordered from
Dragon.CA (http://dragon.ca) which is based in Canada, but you'll probably
get better prices going directly to a US vendor.
