IHRA is much more of a simulation, make sure u get the patch tho! You can
change everything from cam grinds, valve sizes, turbos/superchargers,
intercoolers, fuel and just about any other engine/transmission/suspension
setting u could think of. I loved it, good fun to tinker around with
settings

So, the game is MAINLY about modifying the setups, etc.?  Maybe that's why I
found nothing useful about Burnout.  I have no setup skill, and the driving is
just secondary...

I tried NHRA2 and it was fun for a couple of hours but that's about it.
IHRA does pro and handicap tree, different cars and every possible engine,
trans, tire, weight, electronics etc. combination you can think of.
Although the ET doesn't match the combination when you get to the track.
Make sure you get the patch.  There are still a few bugs that need to be
fixed and they aren't real fast releasing fixes.  It's not a bad game.  I
thought the graphics and sounds could be better.  NHRA2 excels in that area.
IHRA is better for overall game play.

my 2 cents
