Can someone please point me in the direction of a good site that explains
Nascar 4 setups?

On all of the ovals I seem to overheat my right front in about 6-8 laps, can
anyone help?

You should read the link already suggested below, but a quick fix for your
right front situation might be using a little less camber. You might also
want to check your wedge too.

But of course you didn't mention whether your temp problem was on the
inside, middle, or outside portion of the tire.

well, a rookie mistake tends to be turning the wheel more than it needs to
be turned, so you just rub the tyre along the road. another is trying to
carry too much speed into and outof turns, tyres wins races.
